Dr Swaroopa Ponnada is currently working as Professor in the Department of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics in Hyderabad.
Her expertise and special interests include Functional Jaw Orthopedics in children, Aligners, Orthognathic Surgery, TMJ therapy.
Dr Swaroopa’s additional interests are smile designing and management of cleft lip and palate.
Dr Swaroopa Ponnada completed her Bachelors from SVS Institute of Dental Sciences and Masters in Orthodontics & Dentofacial
Orthopedics from Mamatha College both from Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. She is currently pursuing PhD in
Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics from Siksha O Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, India. She has numerous national and
international publications to her credit. Dr Swaroopa also works as a consultant orthodontist & dentofacial orthopedist in various
clinics in and around Hyderabad & Secunderabad since 2012.She has successfully treated over 500 patients and counting.
